T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs who are looking for part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We are a small but growing company that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth.

About the Role:
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being.
Supervision includes:
- Telehealth supervision.
- Monthly in-person visits.
- Collaborative team support.
- Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and team-oriented clinicians who:
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
- Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards.
BCaBA Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active LARA License
BCBA Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active LARA License (if applicable)
