In-Home Services | Remote/Hybrid Supervision | Flexible Scheduling

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs who are looking for part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We are a small but growing company that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being.

Supervision includes:

Telehealth supervision.
Monthly in-person visits.
Collaborative team support.
Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking motivated and team-oriented clinicians who:

Collaborate effectively with team members.
Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards.

BCaBA Requirements:

Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active LARA License

BCBA Requirements:

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active LARA License (if applicable)

Service Areas:

Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee counties.
