Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) – PART TIME – SIGN-ON BONUS!

Location: In-home sessions (home-based services)
Status: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time
Schedule: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required
Mileage Reimbursement: Included
Training: All training provided – no experience necessary!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)? Join the dedicated team at T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center and start a rewarding career as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

This is a great opportunity for teachers, paraprofessionals, tutors, CNAs, or anyone passionate about helping others.

Position Highlights:

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills.
Record data and monitor progress toward goals.

Collaborate with families and clinical team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes – mileage reimbursed).
Evening and weekend availability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including:
- Resume
- Negative TB test
- State credentialing documents
